Embrace the Camera: June 23

I have oh-so-many fun photos to share of my Iowa vacation, 

but for now, this will have to do!

I went to Iowa for my friend, Katie's wedding.

We have been friends since we were 6 years old.

I love her so. 

This picture was taken just 3 days before her wedding.

It was raining and there was hay in the field, so we bailed it. 

It's normal to bail hay three days before your wedding, right? 

I'll be posting pictures of the actual wedding soon. Promise!

Embrace the Camera: 36 Years & 4 More Days!

On Tuesday, my parents celebrated 36 years of marriage together.

Cute, huh? :)

They are such a great example of a loving, Godly marriage.

Love them. Thankful for them.

On Monday, I'm headed home (to IOWA!) for two weeks, and I can't wait!

I get to spend lots of quality time with these fine folks.

One of the main reasons I'm going home...

I get to be a bridesmaid in my friend Katie's wedding.

We've been friends since we were 6 years old.

I've been weeping trying to keep it together while writing something for her.

The other reason I'm going home (and staying for 2 whole weeks!)...

My little brother, Zach, is graduating from Northwestern University!

Yay Zach!
